==> Cancellation and Curtailment of Stay:

1. If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who will enter into the contract under the terms and conditions, the following pro rata rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-rental is not possible.

Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: -33% of the rental price

Up to 11 days before the start of the rental period: -66% of the rental price

Up to 1 day before the start of the rental period: -100% of the rental price

Nevertheless, the landlord will endeavor to rent the holiday home to another party.

2. The tenant can prove lesser damage at any time.

3. If the tenant curtails the stay prematurely, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.

4. Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the notice by the landlord is decisive.
